The Regional Sales Director will identify, prospect and maintain a pipeline of demand for company products and services. This role will actively sell Force Brands solutions to meet strategic goals while maintaining and strengthening client relationships.

Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist (SFMC) - Force Marketing

The Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist (SFMC) will support the day-to-day email production and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) to optimize and fully leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role is essential in ensuring that email marketing initiatives align with company objectives, driving efficiency, personalization, and automation across the Force Family of Brands; including Force Marketing, Wedrive Automotive and GSM.

As a leader in SFMC strategy and execution, this role will oversee platform enhancements, journey-building, segmentation, and automation while ensuring quality and production standards are met before campaign deployment. The SFMC Specialist/Lead will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to
analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and collaborate with the email team to execute changes, A/B testing, and reporting.

Additionally, this role will focus on training and mentoring internal team members, documenting scalable processes, and ensuring the team maximizes SFMC’s capabilities to enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall email marketing performance.

Essential Functions
● Act as the SFMC subject matter expert (SME) to optimize and leverage Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Content Builder for campaign execution.

Email Marketing Specialist - Force Marketing

The Email Marketing Specialist will support the day-to-day production and delivery of email marketing campaigns across the Force Family of Brands, and plays a key role in ensuring quality and production standards are met prior to releasing deliverables to the customer.

Reports To: Email Marketing Manager

  • Perform day-to-day email marketing production duties including coding and/or email building, deployment and campaign monitoring.

Paid Media Specialist - Force Marketing

The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, launching and monitoring campaigns for various clients in the automotive industry. What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute image/video-based campaigns on various platforms (mostly Facebook & Google).
  • Implement and ensure proper tracking and attribution.
  • Monitor and report performance of campaigns.
  • Effectively manage budgets throughout the month.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns utilizing best practices.
  • Collaborate with client facing teams on research and strategy.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for growing skills and facing new challenges.
  • Assist team members with questions, tasks and trainings as needed.
  • Proactively communicate and manage account expectations.

 

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Demonstrated experience building campaigns in the following platforms: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Trade Desk or other programmatic DSPs.
  • Strong understanding across pillars of traffic, conversion, retention and value maximization.
  • Familiarity with analyzing data in Google Analytics, and Dynamic Ads a plus
  • Strong digital ad operations technical knowledge
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, project management, and time management skills – works well independently and within a team.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills – orally and in writing.
  • Is legally eligible to work in the United States.

Email Marketing Specialist - Force Marketing

The Email Marketing Specialist will support the day-to-day production and delivery of email marketing campaigns across the Force Family of Brands, and plays a key role in ensuring quality and production standards are met prior to releasing deliverables to the customer.

 

Reports To: Email Marketing Manager

 

Essential Functions

  • Perform day-to-day email marketing production duties including coding and/or email building, deployment and campaign monitoring.
  • Work closely with peers to ensure quality assurance across all campaigns, including adherence to best practices, and proofing for copy and creative mistakes.
  • Responsible for achieving department KPI goals
  • Responsibly receive, transmit and handle consumer and customer data per the Family of Brands data handling agreements, work procedures and policies.
  • Review and follow all email privacy practices, policies and guidelines, ensuring that that our email program adheres to them.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Associates degree or two year degree or certificate from Vocational/Technical School in Marketing, Graphic Design or Media Development, 2 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Attention to detail within email code and creation, and as it pertains to grammar and spelling.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce/TaskRay, Adobe Suite (emphasis on Photoshop and Dreamweaver), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Campaign Monitor.
  • Ability to drive employee accountability, team work, customer focus and mutual respect.
  • Proficient in HTML & CSS is nice to have.

Area of Focus: Internal role, with ability to prioritize and process tasks efficiently.

Entry level position within the company, with potential for fast growth within the Client Management team. Seeking service-focused candidates with passion to help others, with unyielding desire to connect the team and processes.

 

Responsibilites –

  • Understand basic agency and client products and processes
  • Develop positive and strong internal team relationships
  • Proactively and efficiently manage tasks among evolving deadlines
  • Communicate with client on evolving promotional offers and incentives
  • Maintain adequate understanding of client preferences and OEM requirements
  • Process tasks, manage timelines and expectations, and communicate updates
  • Launch campaign and website creative upon receipt of all needed approvals
  • Gain knowledge of Automotive OEM coop and compliance for proactive actions
  • Review all co-op program documentation packages for reimbursement
  • Lead internal communication and collaboration across departments
  • Learn basics around marketing channels including Direct Marketing, Paid Search, Display, Social, SEO, Online Video and Streaming Solutions

 

Requirements –

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with different personalities and work styles
  • Ability to learn quickly, ask the right questions, and take action without hesitation

 

Preferred  –

  • 1+ years in customer-service or marketing role preferred

  • Starting salary $40,000 – $45,000 depending on previous experience
  • On-Target-Earnings potential of $50,000 with client success bonuses
