The Atlanta Business Chronicle has named Force Marketing President and CEO John Fitzpatrick as one of its 2021 40 Under Forty award winners. The awards honor 40 Atlanta business leaders under the age of 40 who have made significant career achievements and demonstrated social responsibility. A panel of past award winners selected the 2021 class from about 270 nominations.

A Driving Force in Marketing Technology
Fitzpatrick co-founded Force Marketing in 2007 at the age of 24. He has overseen Force’s evolution from its initial direct marketing focus to an omni-channel marketer steeped in innovative marketing technology. Today, Force is the leading provider of ROI-driven and tech-enabled automotive marketing services to more than 1,200 auto dealerships in all 50 U.S. states and Canada. The company is focused on transforming the auto dealer-to-customer shopping and buying experience through innovation and personalized communication.

This year, Fitzpatrick shepherded Force to acquire a 34-year-old MarTech business in Houston, Texas, with 35 employees specializing in service department marketing for auto dealerships. The acquisition expanded Force’s ability to serve dealers across the country and furthered its vision of transforming the brand-to-consumer buying experience.

Serving the Community Locally and Nationally
For many years, Fitzpatrick has given his time and treasure to the community. His and Force’s support goes in part to Bright Futures Atlanta and the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation where he has served on the Board of Directors since 2016. Bright Futures Atlanta is a Christian-based, year-round program offering academic instruction and after-school programming during the school year and camp during the summer for kids in grades 6 – 12. The National Pediatric Cancer Foundation is dedicated to funding research to eliminate childhood cancer. It funds research to fast-track less toxic, more targeted treatments by partnering with 24 leading hospitals nationwide.

“I am extremely honored and humbled to have been chosen as part of this outstanding group of business and community leaders,” Fitzpatrick said. “I look forward to getting to know the other members of this 2021 class as we move toward the celebration later this year.”

The Atlanta Business Chronicle will celebrate Fitzpatrick and the other 40 Under Forty winners at an awards event in Atlanta on Nov. 4. Learn more about the awards and other honorees.
