Print Production Assistant:
Responsible for assisting the Production Manager in ensuring the production quality of all promotions, events and direct mail pieces from job initiation to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Production Manager with placing print orders and communication with printers and vendors
- Assist Production Manager with internal job flow and print deadlines
- Handle all Printer Samples and designating them to the correct Sales Team
- Assist and coordinate shipping along with managing the CAPS account and postal receipts

Director of Digital Marketing:
Senior level position, overseeing the tactical execution of digital marketing initiatives for Force Marketing and its clients. As a member of the Force Digital team, the ideal candidate will help consult, develop, plan and execute digital marketing strategies for Force Marketing and its clients.
Responsibilities:
- Competitive Analysis – Research and prepare competitive analyses for current and prospective clients
- KPI Reporting – Prepare monthly client reports; analyze results and present to account managers and clients
- Search Engine Optimization – Provide strategic direction to Force Digital’s SEO team; oversee keyword research, content development, and meta tag optimization.
- SEM Campaign Management / Analysis – Initialize paid search campaigns for clients; perform ongoing analysis and optimization
- Social Media Management – Establish social media strategies for Force Marketing and its clients; manage social media team
- Online Reputation Management – Develop online reputation management strategies for Force Marketing clients
- Business Development / Client Relationship Management – Attend pitch meetings with Force Marketing’s business development team; present Force Marketing’s digital services to prospective clients.
Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Account Services team with marketing collateral, direct mail and media efforts

Direct Marketing Account Coordinator:
Account Coordinators are responsible for the on-time, high quality execution of direct marketing programs for multiple clients. Taking direction from Management and working within a team that includes Sales Team, Print Production, Art Department and fellow account coordinators. Must be organized, track and perform all of the tasks required to execute a successful marketing campaign and direct marketing programs. Reports directly to the Account Manager.
To be successful in this role you need to have a demonstrated track record of on-time, quality delivery and familiarity with the following areas: multi tasking, ability to follow requirements and project plans and possess communication and interpersonal skills that enable open discussion with team members. This position also requires exceptional attention to detail, foresight in identifying issues before they affect quality and understanding the importance of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage tasks within the project plan and proactively work with Account Management to adjust project plans
- Communicate clearly and regularly with team members in a professional manner
- Support teams in generating timely and accurate information
- Establishes and maintains client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention
- Ensures that client communication is effective in all areas, including communicating with other team members
- Initiates the preparation of all materials needed for successful marketing campaign and utilizing standardized checklists and procedures
- Works with the creative departments
- Maintains a working knowledge of how regional, state, and national laws apply to advertising
- Obtains pre-approval for co-op and prepares co-op packets for reimbursement

Force Marketing is a leader in Direct Mail and Digital Marketing Solutions for many of the largest automotive retailers in the country. Due to unprecedented success we are adding to our sales division. The automotive industry has made an explosive recovery and we need additional sales staff to accommodate the opportunity. Additionally we have recently expanded our office to Class A space in the Lennox area. Given the auto industry recovery and our rapid growth we are looking for three “All-Stars” that can start as soon as August 1, 2011!
